Responsibilities
- Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases.
- Conduct model home tours and present features of homes effectively to highlight their value.
- Price out features and homes with clients
- Provide administrative support related to real estate transactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote new homes and increase visibility within the community.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary, we will teach you everything you need to know with a comprehensive onboarding and regular daily training.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and client needs.
