Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical testing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during and after tasks.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed to complete projects efficiently.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
- Document completed work and report any additional issues found during repairs.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an ohmmeter.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
