Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various repair and maintenance tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete repairs, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct repairs on appliances, fixtures, and other household items.
• Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly after use.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress or any additional work required.
• Document completed work and report any further maintenance needs to management.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment such as an Ohmmeter.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance practices is preferred.

Pay: $20.16 - $21.91 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 1 per week
