- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Register and guide visitors through the check-in process.
- Notify employees of visitor arrivals and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with various departments to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Keep track of staff movements and update internal directories accordingly.
- Schedule and manage conference room bookings.

- Manages facility maintenance software, updating and monitoring service requests as needed.
- Assists with scheduling and event logistics for conference rooms and other venues, providing support as needed.

- Assists with the activation of employee key cards, following all company guidelines and procedures.
- Coordinates with facility related vendors, ensuring regular schedules are maintained and goods are delivered appropriately (i.e. Vending Machines, First Aid Kits, Custodial Supplies and Rugs, etc.).
- Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Works with other departments daily and will participate in cross training with those departments.

- High School Diploma.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in an office support function; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
