SUMMARY: Coordinates shipping, receiving, and inventory, activities at the Arlington location. Reviews, and enter various shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions into designated systems. Ensures proper completion and accuracy of related documentation.

- Coordinates and performs all shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions performed by production crew; maintains a high degree of visibility and access to employees, carriers, and contractors on the production floor throughout the shift.
- Prepare and process all receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions into ERP system and paperwork.
- Inspect all incoming freight for damage; follows-up with purchasing to resolve any damaged freight issues.
- Ensures completion and accuracy of documentation in accordance with company policy, established procedures, and commercial standards.
- Documents and communicate discrepancies and resolve warehouse-related issues with representatives from other company departments.
- Assists proper training of new personnel and assists the warehouse manager in determining requirements in the performance of the function.
- Assists in ensuring accuracy of material inventory levels by conducting periodic cycle counts, and periodic physical inventories.
- Assists in requests for tracing transactions, errors, and missing shipments.
- Assists in maintaining inventory levels of warehouse consumable material.
- Audits each shipment prior to packing to ensure that goods match order.
- Packs and labels of products based on established standards.
- Assists in maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in shipping/receiving area.
- Perform records management and reporting, as required. Performs required administrative tasks; prepares all required reports and correspondence.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory control
- Familiarity with organic manufacturing regulations
- Basic skills in Microsoft Apps such as Word and Excel
