About the Role – Federal and International Tax Manager
Requirements
- tBachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, tax, or other closely related field
- tCPA, JD, or EA licensure
- t5 years of professional tax or accounting experience, preferably within a large professional services or public accounting environment

About the Role – Federal and International Tax Manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, tax, or other closely related field
CPA, JD, or EA licensure
5 years of professional tax or accounting experience, preferably within a large professional services or public accounting environment
Responsibilities
Prepare and review computations, workpapers, schedules, estimated and extension payments, and other items related to tax returns and ASC 740 income tax provision calculations for domestic and foreign corporations.
Advise clients on a full spectrum of tax services : planning, research, compliance, provision
Assist with client tax planning and provide business expertise based on working knowledge of client industries and experience with broad entity types.
Plan and coordinate the flow of information with clients and effectively manage client needs
Develop and sustain strong client relationships
Simultaneously manage multiple projects, teams, and clients across various industries
Develop, motivate, and train staff level team members
Keep up to date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
Assist with new business development proposals
