Float Sales Consultant - True Rest Utica Float Spa

True REST Utica Float Spa is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Float Sales Consultants. In this role, you will be the face of our spa, providing exceptional customer service and guiding guests on their floatation therapy journey.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service: Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information about floatation therapy. * Conduct tours: Guide prospective clients through our spa facilities, highlighting the benefits of floatation therapy. * Promote memberships and packages: Educate guests on the value of membership programs and special offers. * Manage bookings: Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system. * Maintain a clean and welcoming environment: Assist with general spa maintenance and ensure the spa is always presentable. * Contribute to a positive team environment: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve spa goals.

Qualifications:

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Strong customer service and sales experience *Passion for wellness and relaxation *Ability to work independently and as part of a team *Strong attention to detail and organizational skills *Positive and enthusiastic attitude

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $18.00/hour.
