What You'll Do :
As a key member of our Finance department, the Billing AR Analyst will play an integral role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing and accounts receivable processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate to improve operational effectiveness and resolve complex issues. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Billing & AR Process Reviews : Perform quality checks over billing and accounts receivable processes, reconciling billing details, cash receipts, and investigating unapplied payments.
- Problem-Solving : Identify the root causes of issues and assist in remediation efforts.
- Client AR Aging : Conduct analysis on client accounts receivable aging and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with billing, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth processes between cash application, accounts receivable, and the general ledger.
- Reporting & Documentation : Generate ad-hoc reports, maintain standard operating procedures, and document key process controls.
- Special Projects : Lead or participate in special projects as needed to improve departmental efficiency.
