What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 12 years in software engineering, with 6 years in a leadership role. Automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• AI Expertise: Proven track record in AI/ML, big data, and advanced analytics. Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, or similar tools is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, lead, and develop diverse engineering teams.
• Strategic Thinker: Experience driving large-scale software development projects with a focus on innovation and ROI.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
