What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President of Member Services position at True Sky Federal Credit Union?
Starting in 1946 as CAA Employees Credit Union serving the Civil Aeronautics Administration, the Credit Union still embraces this heritage through its name True Sky Credit Union. With $850 million in assets and 12 branches, the organization now serves members within the Oklahoma City metro area and has emerged as one of the most respected institutions in the region.
The Credit Union is primed for additional growth and is in search of a dynamic individual to join their management team as the new Vice President of Member Services. They will direct the delivery of services to members through Branch Managers, Member Service Officers, and ITM Network; achieve organizational sales goals; participate in development and implementation of organizational strategic plans; and ensure compliance with all regulations. They will also assist in positive cultural development and provide direction to branch staff to ensure successful consumer loan and membership growth.
The selected candidate will have experience managing multiple branch locations for a financial institution, have a passion for the industry and have been an instrumental part of driving the member experience and sales. Eight to ten years similar of related experience and a college degree or equivalent required.
