A majority of electricians do not have solar specific experience, which is fine and nearly expected. We’ll provide paid training for the various inverters we utilize and methods of interconnection.

Duties :
Install, maintain, and repair solar electrical systems and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify the root cause of problems.
Collaborate with local inspectors and utility companies to ensure a timely and successful project completion.

Experience :
Journeyman Electrician license.
No solar experience required, we will provide training (it's not scary, we promise).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuitry, and power distribution.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately.
Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with local and national electrical codes and regulations.
