Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail setting to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that will drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Participate in daily team meetings and training workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as set by the sales leadership.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development to improve sales techniques and enhance overall job performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business administration, or related field is advantageous, but not required.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
