Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Trainee, you'll play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. You'll manage sales campaigns, identify and qualify leads, and help grow our revenue. This entry-level role gives you the opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment, refine your sales skills, and make a real impact on both the company and your personal career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads and drive revenue through direct customer engagement in a retail environment
- Qualify potential customers in-person and assess their needs to match them with the right products/services
- Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers
- Actively participate in the sales process from start to finish
- Represent clients’ products/services in a retail environment
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our system
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (no prior experience necessary)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
