As an Account Executive/Closing Agent at True Title, you will play a key role in generating new business, building and nurturing relationships, and managing the closing process to ensure timely and successful transactions. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both sales and closing duties, working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will excel in explaining and clarifying documents to clients, providing a welcoming and supportive presence during the buyers largest investment. You will ensure all documents are executed accurately and notarized correctly to maintain compliance and guarantee a seamless closing process. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, generate, and close new business in the title industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the title process.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, title services, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth closings and positive client experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or the title industry is preferred.
