Job Summary: Join True Ventures Group where you will be a key member of the Human Resources team and will assist in shaping our workforce and fostering a nurturing work environment. Your role will involve a diverse range of HR functions, including talent management, policy review and implementation, benefits administration, learning and development, compliance, and HR metrics analysis. You will assist in ensuring our HR practices align with our compassionate and inclusive company culture, contributing significantly to employee engagement and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership & Leadership Support:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Serve as a consultant to management on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Assist in rolling out change management initiatives, helping to drive culture change and improve organizational effectiveness.
Employee Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with employees and leaders, offering guidance on employee development, and performance management.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, using feedback to drive a positive work culture and improve retention.
Talent Management:
- Update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ensure the organization meets all legal requirements related to employment law, including workers' compensation, benefits, and health and safety regulations (OSHA).
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the organization remains audit-ready at all times.
HR Policy Implementation & Compliance:
- Update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ensure the organization meets all legal requirements related to employment law, including workers' compensation, benefits, and health and safety regulations (OSHA).
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the organization remains audit-ready at all times.
Performance & Compensation Management:
- Guide managers through the performance review process, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Collaborate on compensation reviews, ensuring pay equity and competitive salary structures.
- Support the design and implementation of incentive programs that align with business goals
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Use HR metrics to track employee performance, engagement, turnover, and other key indicators.
- Provide regular reporting to the Director of HR and senior leadership, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Use data to recommend and implement process improvements.
Employee Wellness & Development:
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by providing employees with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner, with proven expertise in strategic HR management.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS systems (preferably ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong aptitude for HR data analysis.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
