Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Asset Management team. As an Asset Management Analyst, you will support a growing fleet of over 60 leased assets (commercial aircraft and engines). You will play a key role in managing each lease and all asset statuses, as well as having significant involvement in high visibility management reporting and analytics. This role reports to the Manager of Asset Management.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and setting up assets and leases in contract and asset management software
- Lease Management, including but not limited to managing the contractual provisions of the lease and tracking delivery and
redelivery dates and obligations, monthly rental invoicing,g insurance and security deposit tracking - Maintenance reserves management, including monthly utilization and invoicing, reserve rates, balances, escalations, adjustments, reserve claims, lessor contributions, and reconciliations based on contractual stipulations
- Asset Management, including technical specifications, LLP disk sheets, asset maintenance, component swaps, and monthly utilization
- Support the remarketing, deliveries, and redeliveries of our assets
- Reporting including marketing reports, Asset status reports, transition cost tracker, TAAM project meetings, servicer reporting. Reviewing fleet and/or lease data and providing reports for other team members and stakeholders
- Portfolio analysis and maintenance forecasting
- Development of reports in Business Intelligence tool
- Supporting portfolio optimization strategies through lease analysis
- Maintaining key relationships internally with the Commercial, Technical, and Modeling teams
- Maintaining high energy, a cooperative and positive attitude, and great sense of humor
- Other tasks and projects as directed by management
Qualifications:
- An aviation focused bachelor's and/or up to three years of prior experience in aviation
- Strong analytical skills with uncompromising attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – business intelligence (Tableau) experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and be part of a multi-disciplinary team with diverse backgrounds
- Effective organizational and time management skills – ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player and flexible; willing to perform tasks necessary to achieve common goals
- A willingness to take on new work and learn new things every day is a must
- A passion for aviation & aviation industry experience is a plus
