• 3 years of experience in a Production/Manufacturing environment.
• Lean, 5S experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills preferred.
• Experience in the Automotive Industry is highly desirable but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, production management software, and data analysis tools.

This role is based in Crestline, OH. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and have excellent time management and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential for this role.
