The Senior Recruiter will work as a dedicated talent acquisition leader for our client(s) and be responsible for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions.They identify as a "go-getter" who can build and maintain professional networks and is not afraid to reach out of their comfort zone to attract top talent. This is someone who enjoys the hunt and being able to find top talent for our client's hard-to-fill positions.
Location: Remotely working from either Monterrey, Mexico or Dallas, TX. Must reside in either location.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a dedicated talent acquisition leader for our client(s) LATAM market and be responsible for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions.
- Work directly with the client leaders, participate in client meetings, and help to identify potential areas of improvement in the talent selection process.
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations.
- Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.
- Diligently track requisition metrics to ensure success.
- Proactively seeks out flaws or inefficiencies in processes and brings creative solutions to the table.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Minimum of 5 years of recent high volume/ full cycle recruitment experience. Preferred experience within the technology industry.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding recruitment metrics in previous positions.
- Must possess the excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
- Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing.

- Ability to work from home office during standard, Monday through Friday business days/ hours.
Salary Range:
The starting range which will be offered to the selected candidate will be between 400,000 - 500,000 MXN annually.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
