Job Description – Supply Chain Coordinator / Analyst

TrueChoicePack (TCP) is a fast-growing company that is expert in the design, manufacture & distribution of green, traditional, customized and private-label packaging and disposable products. The TCP team provides products and services to its customers through the packaging process ‘from concept to delivery’ to ensure its customers achieve their business goals. The company offers various products including food service tableware, bags, trashcan liners, films, wraps and more.

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee all aspects of product procurement, delivery, and customer shipments.

· Coordinate procurement, planning, scheduling, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and product delivery to customers.

· Collaborate with factories on product development and ensure smooth project implementation and supply chain management with customers.

· Ensure the effectiveness of every step in the procurement and product management processes and activities

· Assist in procurement and product planning, including subcontracted services such as freight companies and warehousing, to optimize spending efficiency.

· Maintain inventory accuracy and turnover.

· Communicate needs and objectives to internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, sales, service, manufacturing, and management.

· Oversee planning and scheduling activities for international and domestic supply chains.

· Establish and enforce procedures and guidelines for proper recording, storage, and tracking of all purchased items.

· Monitor prices of major commodities and analyze their impact on budgeting.

· Monitor trends, supplier changes, and prices to seize opportunities and protect company interests.

· Assess supplier performance in areas such as quality, on-time delivery, technical support, and ease of doing business.

· Order and import sea containers, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and maintaining relationships with freight forwarders.

· Remain flexible to assume additional responsibilities as needed and receive cross-training for other roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, including procurement of technical products/materials and commodity items, product development, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

• Highly organized and process-driven.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
