Your impact
Our Transaction Managers are integral to a seamless customer experience from the moment they receive their contract to the day they arrive at closing.
You'll own
- Manage the end-to-end process from purchase contract signing to close
- Draft residential sale contracts for signature
- Review contracts for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to terms, including obtaining missing documentation and updating company systems
- Monitor contract deadlines to ensure we deliver earnest money and inspection notices on time
- Review Title Commitments, and HOA documents
- Review HUD and all closing documents before sending them out to our authorized signer
- Partner externally with sellers, home inspectors, and title companies to ensure each transaction is smooth and timely
- Team up internally with Sales and Real Estate to provide outstanding customer service to our sellers
