What You'll Do as the Medical Malpractice Attorney :
- Work collaboratively with senior litigators to develop litigation strategy for defending medical malpractice actions
- Draft and review pleadings, discovery materials, memos, briefs, and other legal documents
- Analyze medical records
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, and other litigation activities
- Interact with medical experts
- Conduct legal and medical research and analysis
- Draft motions
- Work cooperatively with colleagues
- Interact with clients
