Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice ParalegalOur client is seeking a skilled and experienced Plaintiff's Medical Malpractice Paralegal to join their team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing a high-volume workload while multitasking effectively.Key Responsibilities : Drafting and preparing critical legal documents, including Notices of Medical Malpractice, Bills of Particulars, and discovery responses.Assisting with trial preparation and responding to discovery demands.Managing phone communications, scanning, e-filing, and maintaining organized case files.Requesting, tracking, and following up on medical records.Requirements : Comprehensive knowledge of plaintiff's medical malpractice procedures and documentation.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Strong organizational and communication skills.Benefits : 401(k) retirement planDental, health, vision, and life insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offCompetitive salary based on experienceSchedule : Full-time, 8-hour shifts set based on your preferences!!
