Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, patching, and maintenance to ensure infrastructure efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Handle escalated issues and monitor KPIs for a stable IT environment.
- Automation and Modernization: Lead initiatives to drive technological advancements.
- Data Center Management: Oversee the operation and improvement of two data centers, including on-call responsibilities.
- Security Alignment: Establish programs to meet industry security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Threat Management: Stay updated on industry trends and security threats to safeguard systems.
- Support and Availability: Ensure 24x7 support and high availability of IT systems.
- Process Design: Implement essential processes for seamless operations and high security.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Define priorities and make strategic IT decisions.
- Reporting: Create reports to inform management on infrastructure performance and staffing needs.
