Responsibilities :
- Structure and negotiate health care transactions
- Offer strategic advice on regulatory and compliance issues
- Implement various contractual arrangements
- Counsel clients on a wide range of legal matters affecting the healthcare industry, including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, regulatory compliance, fraud and abuse, HIPAA, and state privacy laws.
- Handle transactional matters involving health care organizations.
