What You'll Do as the Labor & Employment Associate :
- Develop and grow a thriving employment law practice
- Work collaboratively with clients to devise innovative legal solutions
- Handle employment litigation, including court appearances and depositions
- Manage single-plaintiff and class-action lawsuits
- Address wage and hour matters
- Provide expert client counseling
- Draft critical legal documents such as motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements
- Conduct labor due diligence for M&A transactions
