What You'll Do as the Plumbing Project Manager:

Must Haves as the Plumbing Project Manager:
- 3 years of experience as a PM or 5 years of experience as a APM in a plumbing or mechanical field
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Experience with project financials
Nice to Haves as the Plumbing Project Manager:
- Experience as a Plumbing and Mechanical PM in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical fields
- Experience with Bluebeam or Procore
- Formal Education or certification
