What You'll Do as the Senior Real Estate Litigation Attorney :
- Spearhead real estate litigation cases from initial assessment through appeal
- Craft innovative litigation strategies and lead settlement negotiations
- Provide expert legal counsel on intricate real estate laws and transactions
- Create and review critical legal documents for real estate matters
- Expand client relationships and contribute to firm growth through strategic business development
