We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and outgoing. We need someone who can make it their mission to get every customer to smile before they hang up the phone. You don’t need pest control experience to apply!

We will ensure that you are fully trained and well-prepared for your duties.
Duties
You will be expected to supply over-the-top customer satisfaction first and foremost. Your duties will include warmly greeting visitors to the office, scheduling/rescheduling of appointments, basic billing, explaining the features of our service to interested prospects on the phone, and resolving customer concerns over the phone and via email.
There will be a 2-week training period which will occur Monday-Friday from 8-2. After that, schedule will revert to the full 8-5 shift.
Pay/hours
Hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (40 hours weekly).
Pay starts at $13/hour base bonuses/commissions and will likely average around $14.5/hourly starting out or more depending on your skill level.
Hours would be slightly shorter during the first 2 weeks for training at Monday-Friday from 8am-2pm instead.
