About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Construction Planner I to join our team at TrueNet Communications. In this role, you will support the administration of small and/or short duration projects and work closely with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration of small and/or short duration projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project tasks and schedules.
- Ensure compliance and follow-through of policies, procedures, rules, and completion dates applicable to assigned HFC projects.
- Deliver cost-effective designs for construction through field engineering of proposed projects.
- Maintain document control and communicate regularly with the customer and team members.
- Organize and maintain data in clear formats, ensuring proper maintenance and uploading of project files in the customer database.
- Coordinate with customer contractors and vendors to track jobs from start to finish, review/approve invoices, and balance POs as required.
- Stay informed about industry practices, standards, and customer needs.
- Research and review jurisdictional zoning ordinances related to telecommunication facilities.
- Prepare preliminary zoning/permitting analyses and applications according to jurisdictional requirements.
- Evaluate any project-related issues that may impact completion and customer satisfaction.
