What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Store Manager position at Truenorth Convenience Stores?
As Assistant Manager, you assist the Store Manager with all aspects of running the store and act as the Store Manager in his/her absence. The Assistant Manager’s goal is to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining all company standards within the store.
What you’ll do as an Assistant Manager:
· Maximize sales and profitability through leadership and adherence to policies.
· Be a role model for guest service.
· Project a positive attitude and promote a friendly, team-oriented work environment.
· Be knowledgeable of all promotions, products, policies, and procedures and be able to effectively communicate them with other store team members.
· Lead by example and hold employees accountable to all truenorth standards.
· Assist the store manager with reporting, banking, and other management tasks.
