Chief Financial Officer- Innovative Manufacturing, Private Equity Growth
Growing engineered industrial design/manufacturer is actively looking for a Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO in leading expansion and transformation initiatives for this well-established and growing Midwest-based business with global reach.
The new CFO will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to execute on growth strategies for the business, plan and participate in acquisitions, manage treasury and risk management in an industry with competitive margins, and ensure that the finance and accounting, credit and collections, production, inventory and supply chain functions are operating at an industry-best level of performance. You will play a key role in transforming culture through implementation of best practices and operational efficiency programs across the company.
You will have background experience in production and costing in an automotive, aerospace, medical device or industrial manufacturing context or similar sector. You will have exposure to treasury and risk management, and ideally have exposure to M&A due diligence and integration initiatives. Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and work with a lean team in building out and professionalizing all aspects of the finance and accounting function.
