Chief Human Resources Officer, High-Growth B2B Healthcare Services and Manufacturing, 78888
Our client is a well-established blue chip multi-location healthcare services and manufacturing enterprise experiencing rapid growth on a national scale. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to build and lead the Human Resources function, creating a scalable foundation that allows the accelerated expansion of the business. Ideally you will have experience working within a company that has had private equity ownership.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing the strategies for the Human Resource function and identifying and researching issues and accountabilities pertinent to building a best-in-class human resource environment. You will build out key support functions for the business, including staffing, compensation and review structures, health and workplace safety regimens, training and development plans, records management, succession planning, retention mechanisms, etc.
You will support the company’s leadership by advising and making recommendations that will impact all operations from a human resources perspective, and ensure that the business complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements. You will continuously review, assess and execute on the improvement of the company’s human resource policies, procedures and practices working in close concert with the other members of the executive committee.
Ideally you will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with 5-10 years’ related experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth multi-location, customer-focused environment. Preference will be given to bilingual candidates with fluency in Spanish. Experience working in healthcare services, hospitality, retail or other consumer-facing businesses is a definite asset. You will have broad generalist background in the human resource function, along with team leadership and team building experience, with a steady track record of continued career growth and a passion for service.
