Job Summary
As a key executive leader, you will drive the organization's strategic human capital initiatives within the Deer Park facility. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop and execute human resources strategies that support business goals, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive operational success.
In addition to strategic HR leadership, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will have experience working alongside a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) to manage outsourced HR functions and ensure seamless integration between in-house and outsourced HR operations.
You will also be critical in managing union relationships, partnering with international board members, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Furthermore, you will collaborate with external counsel and industrial relations teams to address any labor-related issues and manage the organization's overall labor relations strategy.
