General Manager – CPG Manufacturing – Private Equity
Our client is a leading Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturer operating multiple manufacturing and distribution centers and supporting a network of global customers. The business is backed by a leading private equity sponsor and is well positioned to achieve rapid, significant growth within new and existing markets.
We are seeking a customer facing General Manager to take the reigns to drive strategy and effectively scale the business while increasing profitability in direct partnership with the existing management team. This position will oversee all operations and introduce best practices throughout the organization. This hands-on individual must have previous private label and contract manufacturing experience with the ability to confidently oversee quality control and compliance. Experience working within the youth and tween brands is an asset but is not required.
