Our client is a leading B2B field services business with multi-location operations dispersed across the USA. The company has recently been backed by an industry leading private equity sponsor with plans to significantly scale the business through acquisitional growth.
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leader to build out the human resources function, while also developing the long-term strategic cultural roadmap for the company. Our client is looking for a candidate that can build out scalable processes, procedures, onboarding and recruitment. You will be a partner to the President, and work collaboratively with this individual in developing the strategic plans for our client. You will nurture a dynamic, results-focused culture while developing processes to augment employee success, learning, development and succession planning. Your mandate is to be a strategic and forward-thinking partner supporting the executive management team as you together strive to be an employer of choice, creating exciting and enriching career paths for their employees.
