*Responsibilities*
- Greet guests and efficiently process check-in and check-out
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Operate the phone system
- Assist with reservations and customer quesitons.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide information about airport parking services, facilities
- Perform night audit duties as needed
*Qualifications*
- Experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling guest relations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
