Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with some experience under their belt. You'll play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who has had success in a similar role and is looking to grow in a supportive, high-performance environment. No cold calling is required for this role.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and engage with potential customers via in person interactions
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales readiness
- Work closely with Account Executives to hand off high-quality opportunities
- Conduct research on target accounts and personalize outreach to increase engagement
- Use CRM tools (Pipedrive) to manage and track all prospecting activities
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales development or business development role preferred
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Spanish highly desired.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
- Proven ability to qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
