Client Service Associate Job Profile
The Client Service Associate provides operational and administrative support for the advisory team and clients. The Client Service Associate employs a strong knowledge of firm processes and completes client service tasks with a high level of efficiency. The Client Service Associate may contribute to the completion of firmwide and team Rocks.
Core Responsibilities
- New client onboarding/account setup; adhere to first-year experience standards for CRM and Laserfiche.
- Ongoing general client support: fielding calls, processing requests, depositing checks, exchanging paperwork.
- Advisor and Wealth Advisor Associate (WAA) support: processing advisor/client requests and working collaboratively across teams to solve for issues.
- Handle all administrative and operational tasks in relation to ongoing client maintenance (i.e. cashiering, new accounts, TOA and maintenance, SWP, PIP, registration changes, beneficiary updates, charitable gifting.
- Use independent judgment to execute assigned projects, identify issues, and deliver solutions, earning the continued confidence of your team members.
- Provide an efficient and superior client experience, with a satisfaction-mean rating of 9.5 or better.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of working on a computer and occasional periods sitting.
- May have to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Minimal travel required. Frequent attendance at internal meetings required.
- Occasional attendance at meeting with outside partners.
- Travel outside the region may be required for business and/or professional development.
