Customer Service Representative

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Schedule service technicians daily activities.
• Enter job orders and invoices in service software portal.
• Provide accurate information about company’s services
• Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette during all interactions.
• Assist with sales inquiries and promote additional services when appropriate.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Proficient in office software and computerized systems for documentation purposes.
• Ability to analyze information quickly and make informed decisions.
• Experience in sales or upselling is advantageous.
• Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer support.
