About the Role
As an Operations Manager, you will support the General Manager and ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll lead by example, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere while helping our team grow and succeed.
What You’ll Do:
Support club operations through administrative tasks and team leadership
Implement and communicate club policies and procedures
Foster teamwork, motivation, and productivity among staff
Leads the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of all Operations team members
Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing member and staff concerns
Ensure club standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security are met
Manage conflict resolution and handle tough conversations professionally
Manages and coordinates staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and adherence
Utilize technology effectively to manage daily operations and communication
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual (Preferred) – Spanish/English a plus!
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Tech-savvy – comfortable using and learning new systems for scheduling, communication, and club operations
Leadership & decision-making skills – able to assess situations and take initiative
Conflict resolution experience – the ability to navigate tough conversations professionally
Adaptability – flexible availability may be required in the event of an unexpected absence
Energetic & team-oriented – creating a positive and collaborative work environment
Schedule & Pay:
Monday – Friday | $17/hour
While this schedule is set, occasional flexibility may be required to ensure smooth club operations if a front desk or kids club team member cannot work.
