Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager & Field Support role drives member engagement through innovative digital content, social media strategies, and field-level support for TruFit’s network of 40 clubs. This role blends creative social media direction with hands-on field support, ensuring the implementation of effective marketing campaigns at the local level. They will work closely with club teams to elevate TruFit's online presence, improve member interaction, and support club growth and performance. This position also plays a key role in assisting presale efforts to ensure sales and lead generation goals are met.
Position Overview:
Field Support and Local Activation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local clubs, offering support for social media campaigns and community outreach.
- Oversee local marketing execution, ensuring alignment with TruFit’s brand and marketing objectives.
- Provide ongoing guidance to club teams to ensure successful in-club and community marketing programs.
- Travel to clubs as needed to oversee the implementation of local marketing initiatives, attend grand openings, and assist with community events.
- Assist in presale efforts to drive lead generation and ensure clubs meet presale sales goals. This includes supporting club teams with marketing materials, outreach tactics, and promotional activities to increase memberships during presale periods.
Social Media and Digital Content Strategy:
- Lead TruFit’s social media presence across multiple platforms, curating content that resonates with prospective and current members.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns that increase brand visibility and engagement, focusing on local community outreach and member-driven content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to produce creative, engaging digital content that aligns with marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt the strategy accordingly to ensure TruFit stays ahead of the curve in digital engagement.
- Analyze social media performance to optimize content strategies, improving engagement rates and community interaction metrics.
- Oversee the content creation and approval process for all social media posts, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Ensure clear, timely communication between the marketing team and club-level staff, fostering a collaborative environment to drive success across all clubs.
- Manage internal feedback loops to capture input from the field and provide actionable insights to the broader marketing team.
- Provide training to club staff on social media best practices and creative assets to enhance their marketing efforts.
Brand Awareness and Reputation Management:
- Monitor and manage TruFit’s brand perception on social media and review sites, addressing any concerns and leveraging positive feedback.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of brand surveys to measure local and national brand awareness, sentiment, and member satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to maintain TruFit’s reputation and brand health.
Performance Metrics:
- Track and analyze social media performance, including engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Measure the effectiveness of local marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future strategies.
- Maintain a balance between creative innovation and adherence to budget constraints for social media initiatives.
- Track response times for club requests and ensure support needs are met in a timely manner.
- Assist in presale lead generation to help clubs meet their sales and membership goals.
