The Executive Assistant (EA) is a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team, ensuring efficiency, organization, and proactive support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks—requiring a highly organized, tech-savvy, and resourceful individual who can anticipate needs, drive priorities, and optimize workflows. 1. High-Impact Executive Support
- Time & Calendar Management: Optimize executive schedules by prioritizing tasks, blocking focus time, and minimizing distractions. Not just scheduling but protecting executive time.

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment. 2 years of experience leading, developing, and engaging direct reports preferred. Proven track record of managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and handling confidential information. Experience with data analysis, KPI tracking, and providing insights to support decision-making. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
