About the Opportunity:
This role exists primarily for prospecting, attracting, and acquiring new business.
What will you be doing?
- New Sales:
- Prospect, sell & close new business in the government, union, producer, TPA, and other payor segments.
- Serve as executive sponsor in the implementation process for new sales.
- Work with the growth team to build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and track progress in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Expansion of Existing Book of Business:
- Collaborate with the growth team to identify opportunities for expansion within the current book of business and build targeted campaigns to drive utilization.
- Engage with and nurture existing partnerships and TruHearing business connections.
- Travel as much as needed (up to 50%) for in-person meetings, board presentations, trade shows, union events, and conferences.

What education or experience is required?
Recommended:
- Bachelors degree and 1 years of relevant and/or transferable experience.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a formal education.
Preferred:
- Relevant formal training and education beyond a bachelors degree and 3 years of relevant and/or transferable experience
