The purpose of this individual contributor role is to act in a Program Manager capacity to develop and execute strategies to envision, equip, educate, and engage ET’s workforce through sustainable solutions to increase stability and operational performance in alignment with ET strategy and regulatory requirements. This role works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including across TEMPO (Technology Execution Management and Performance Office) and the business office workforce management functions, utilizing strong talent, engagement, workforce knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Supports development of workforce labor plans, engagement roadmaps, workforce metrics, and reporting insights for ET and works closely with key stakeholders to advance ET workforce management, tools, and dashboards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform Program Management duties supporting new and existing initiatives within ET Workforce Management and Engagement inclusive of increasing stability and operational performance aligned to ET strategy and regulatory requirements.
2. Partner with Senior Manager/Manager of Workforce Management, Planning, & Engagement to help execute ET workforce strategy for and/or apply strategy within ET business units in partnership with broader TEMPO team and business office workforce management functions.
3. Support ET workforce, talent, and/or engagement programs across ET and/or within designated ET business unit with a focus on balancing risk, sustainability, and financial targets to optimize ET’s workforce (including FTE, CW onshore and offshore) in partnership with ET Cost & Supplier Management.
4. Partner across TEMPO team/business office workforce management functions and with HR to influence and leverage enterprise-wide human capital programs, customizing for ET-specific business needs where required to support ET’s strategic plan.
5. Track and monitor appropriate metrics in partnership with ET Business Performance & Metrics to holistically report on ET’s workforce, talent, and engagement programs to ensure workplace requirements support staffing needs. 6. Explore, recommend, and implement opportunities for continuous business process improvement across workforce management, planning, and engagement, both within TEMPO team and business office workforce management functions, with a one team mindset.
7. Communicate ongoing work, short-term outcomes, and long-term impacts with ET leaders, across TEMPO team and business office workforce management functions, and with HR partners at a regular cadence to support ET’s strategic plan, in partnership with ET OCM support.
8. Proactively partner to identify and mitigate risks associated with ET’s workforce.
9. Fully participate Workforce Management, Planning, & Engagement operating model and potentially lead projects including technology, process, efficiency, and departmental initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree and seven to ten years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, human resources, etc.).
3. Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines. Experience managing small projects.
4. Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders. Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Project management experience supporting a large enterprise IT workforce management planning organization within a financial or banking institution.
2. Knowledge and understanding of Truist technology project management.
3. Experience or exposure utilizing SharePoint.
4. Experience running reports, maintaining documentation and presenting to all levels within an organization.
