Create and documents test plans, execute tests, analyze results, and report problems and anomalies, all via the lens of business end users. Work closely and collaboratively with both Mortgage business partners, and with the Mortgage technical delivery teams.Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
2. Create test plans and test cases, keep thorough documentation, and assist with procedure updates.
3. Develop a sound knowledge of business, business operations, software and host systems and other related systems, such as third-party vendors.
4. Test system enhancements against business user stories to ensure the performance is consistent with the written specifications, while ensuring compliance with Truist and government regulatory requirements.
5. Participate in planning discussions, stand ups, take decisive action and work cohesively with scrum teams.
6. Validate delivery against the acceptance criteria outlined in the user stories.
7. Execute exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing, as needed, to satisfy test objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. A minimum of one year of testing or equivalent work related experience.
2. Understand systems and data.
3. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate complicated material in a clear and concise manner to peers and multiple levels of management

1. Bachelors' degree in computer science or related field Testing experience within the financial services or mortgage industry.
2. Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management tool.
3. Certified SAFe(r) Agilist or other relevant qualifications.
