Execute, optimize and communicate end-to-end enablement and execution framework for Fraud and Transaction Services, including developing team objectives aligned to Corporate Strategy & KPIs in partnership with Strategy, Transformation, LOB Leads, Human Resources and Finance. Lead a portfolio and roadmap of strategic initiatives that are aligned with our current year objectives, 3-year strategic plan, and core business priorities. Demonstrate excellent “strate-cution” by effectively bridging the gap between strategy and execution of relevant Fraud and Transaction Services initiatives. Manage a comprehensive portfolio of strategic change initiatives that drive business performance and quality with focus on human capital optimization, automation, and testing to drive the appropriate balance across various talent pools. Partner horizontally with senior internal and external stakeholders and will utilize strong program management, analytics, and data-driven problem-solving skills to solve key business challenges and identify opportunities. Accelerate EOS business performance by tracking, executing, and reporting progress towards near term and aspirational goals of LOB stakeholders.

Leader will also be responsible for overseeing user-acceptance testing team responsible for delivering key test outcomes for related projects and initiatives. Testing will provide critical feedback necessary to inform critical gap repair and changes related to the specific platform or business function. Additionally, will be responsible for delivering test automation solutions and leading offshore testing teams to augment and support related functions.

As a key leader on the Fraud and Transaction Services Senior Leadership team, this individual will support all lines of business by driving an ”outside” approach to solving key business gaps, implementing process improvements, and delivering and leading the execution of key strategic initiatives such as the five-year Fraud end-to-end roadmap. The team will be responsible for facilitating funding requests and executing organizational change management protocols to ensure compliance with risk and change processes and procedures. Partnering with Truist’s Transformation office, this leader and their team will work to ensure critical business functions and priorities are considered as the enterprise strategies are developed. They will both advise and support other Fraud and Transaction Services functions to ensure critical operations services and client experience improvements are delivered timely and effectively.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead successful delivery of Fraud and Transactions Services activities by evolving the scorecard, improving “top-down” reporting to create better alignment between Enterprise strategic plan and business performance reporting.
  • Build scalable infrastructure, processes, playbooks, routines, and optimize the end-to-end execution process for the most important initiatives that boost revenue and long-term success.
  • Leads a team of product managers for Fraud specific functions whose responsibilities are to plan and deliver critical Fraud changes affecting both client experience and loss management.
  • Serve as a change agent with ways of work and engage in constructive dialogue/debate with partners in support of strategic objectives and initiatives. Partner with key stakeholders in change management, technology, risk, etc. to ensure top business objectives have the support needed to be successful.
  • Develop roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives that provide guidance to stakeholders and drive actionable outcomes to achieve strategic KPIs and metrics.
  • Lead teams responsible for critical user-acceptance testing.
  • Lead teams that drive execution support and business performance reporting for core business objectives.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years experience leading change and enablement teams in banking or payments related functions.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent education and related experience.
  • Facilitation skills in large and small group settings for both internal and external events.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully drive transformational change.
  • Ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders both inside and outside of the organization Demonstrated leadership, innovation, and strategic.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage work independently.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Power Point, Excel, and Word.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years in business administration, strategic planning, or risk management experience highly desired. Payments industry background and extensive industry knowledge.
  • MBA
