Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals for our Internship program in our facilities department. In this role, you will be responsible for scanning and digitizing a variety of important documents, ensuring that they are accurately and securely stored in our system. Your work will help streamline our operations and improve efficiency by converting physical records into digital formats. If you enjoy working with technology, have a strong eye for detail, and want to contribute to the smooth running of Truity Credit Union, this is a great opportunity for you! You will work closely with our team of professionals and assist with various tasks and projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills, build your network, and gain insight into the industry.
You may have the opportunity to intern with other departments at Truity as well, depending on the needs of the company.
Our interns will be assigned a project at the beginning of their internship and will be expected to give a final presentation of their findings to our leadership team at the end of their internship. The purpose of the presentation is to share what you have learned through the experience.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support project objectives.
- Assist with the creation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Attend meetings and take minutes, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
- Provide general administrative support, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Help maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and procedures.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Knowledge of:
- Modern office equipment
- Ability to:
- Read and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
- Organize and prioritize in order to meet deadlines

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with members and co-employees
- Typing and personal computer
QUALIFICATIONS

Education and experience equivalent to:
To qualify for an internship, applicants must be currently attending a high school, tech school, or pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university local to Bartlesville, OK.
REQUIREMENTS
Regular attendance and timeliness are essential functions of this position. While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for a significant period of time and perform functions that require manual dexterity. The employee must occasionally reach above or below normal body position, stoop or bend, and carry, lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. A normal range of hearing, vision, and speech are required to effectively work with co-employees and members.
