Our client is an organization in the Janesville area looking for an Accounts Payable Associate. Our client is looking for someone with AP experience, strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and review invoices.
- Code and enter invoices into accounting systems.
- Resolve discrepancies with vendors as needed.
- Prepare and process payments.
- Verify and reconcile payment amounts with invoices and orders.
- Ensure payments are made on time.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice inquiries.
- Assist in month-end close activities.
- Generate ad hoc reports as requested.
- Participate in other duties as needed.
The Accounts Payable Associate will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Associates degree preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
- 1 years of AP experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $20 - $22
