Our client is an organization in the Fond Du Lac area looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Our client is looking for someone with related experience, a team player and strong communication skills!
The salary range for this position is $22-25 / hr.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and process customer invoices.
Review and accurately bill sales tax when applicable.
Communicate with customers regarding payments.
Daily cash payment receipting and reconciling.
Prepare monthly statements.
Assist team with month end and annual audit.
Assist with related special projects, as required.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will possess the following :
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Associate degree preferred.
1 years of AR experience preferred.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
