Our client is a leading organization near Brown Deer seeking an interim Benefits Analyst to start immediately. The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of prior benefits administration and compensation analysis experience plus HRIS experience required with Workday being preferred. This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and duration is at least two months. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and wellness programs.
- Support compensation analysis, including market surveys and data evaluation.
- Assist in benefits administration and related HR projects.
- Maintain and update records in Workday or a similar HRIS system.
- Work closely with HR leadership to ensure competitive and compliant total rewards offerings.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3 years of experience in benefits administration and compensation.
- Experience conducting market analysis and compensation surveys.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
- Polished, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $35 - $45
